Alphonso
mango fruit can be used to add distinct flavour in a number of
preparations like sweets, candies and smoothies - Mango Milkshake, Mango

Barfi (a type of Aamba-Wadi) etc. Besides this, Alphonso mango, both in

mango pulp can be made from fresh mango fruit which are used in fruit
salads, ice creams, milk shakes, jellies, yoghurt, pastries, cakes etc. Prepared from naturally grown fresh indian mango, its pulp is widely used. The mango pulp is prepared from the fully ripe fresh mangoes. Once the mango fruits are washed, pulp is extracted through various kinds of pulp extracting machines and packed into different sizes. |
